GENERAL

1.1. My Image limited offers Online Fashion Styling Makeover©, Image Consultancy and Personal Shopping (via browsing button) and Personal Styling Mini Ebooks©.

1.2. Myimage.uk.com is operated by My Image Limited (9086348), under the Registrar of Companies for England and Wales.

1.3. The terms and conditions are between My Image limited and the client using the services of My Image. The client covenants and agrees to the terms and conditions set out herein.

 

DATA PROTECTION ACT

2.1. By providing your details to My Image, please consent to My Image informing you via email of your results , and might contact of details concerning the session are needed. The data is collected lawfully and maintained in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988.

2.2. My Image takes your privacy very seriously and will not pass your details to any third party without your permission.

2.3. From time to time My Image may send information about discounts, promotional offers and events. If you do not want this information to be sent to you please email us at myenquiry@myimage.uk.com stating that you do not wish to be sent any My Image news.

2.4. As stated, we will never disclose information about you to any third party without first receiving your permission.

2.5. All personal client information including contact details or any other personal information will never be disclosed.

2.6. My Image has a very high profile client base and through a well established reputation built on professionalism, customer loyalty and trust, My Image intends to uphold this standard by way of respecting client confidentiality.

 

THE PRODUCTS:

3.1. On our website we feature two types of products : our products (Personal Styling Sessions) and the retailers’products (fashion items displayed in My Browse page).

3.2 Our products are virtual and are made by and sold by My Image Limited.

3.3.The retailers’ products are on display in our website, and we do NOT sell them, therefore we are not responsible for any purchase done with the retailers.

3.4. We do not stock the retailers’ products.

 

PERSONAL STYLING SESSIONS:

4.1. My Image Limited reserves the right to revise prices and details at any time without notice.

4.2. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. We accept payment of PayPal, online card payments or direct bank transfers.

4.3. My Image will send you a receipt ( via email)of your chosen session.

4.4. All fashion styling sessions are conducted online, with a personal assessment for the client to complete. The client needs therefore to provide all her information accurately.

4.5. All sessions require the payment before the client can receive her results.

4.6. My Image will never meet the client and will always communicate online.

4.7. My Image is a certified Image Consultancy company with all the diplomas and qualification required,and will always insure a efficient and professional service.

4.8. All the results of the consultations are emailed to the client’s preferred email,as a form of E-book.

4.9. All E-books are made to measure according to the client’s given information.

 

 

PERSONAL SHOPPING:

5.1. The personal shopping can be conducted with My Browse, using the “sync with my profile” option.

5.2. My Browse/Personal Shopping is free for the first year and will always work according to your profile. The more sessions completed, the more accurate will be the “sync with my profile” button.

5.3. We do not give any of your information to third party and will are not responsible for the retailers websites ( third party).

5.4. All purchases made on the retailers website (third party) are covered by the retailers ( third party).

 

REFUNDS

6.1. Our Products are individually tailor made therefore My Image does not accept returns nor refunds for Our Products, once they have been received.

6.2. My Image will always ensure you are fully satisfied with the services.

6.3. For the retailers’ refund policy, please refer to the retailer’s website.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1. We will not be liable for any loss or damage in circumstances where: goods have been miss-handles or damages by the third party retailers.

7.2. We will not be responsible for faulty or damaged goods from third party retailers.
